1. Provide your name, major, year in school

My name is Sydney Strominger, I am currently a junior, and I am persuing my BSBA in Marketing with a minor in Business of the Arts, and double majoing in design.

2. Tell us a bit about your background and what prompted you to take this class.

I am taking this class because I think it will help me develp key skills i need for my industy as well as a deeper understanding of the back end of websites and web development.

3. Do you have any experience with HTML/CSS/JS? If so, tell us a bit about it.

I have no experience with HTML/CSS/JS.

4. Name one thing you hope to learn in this class.

I hope to learn how to a lot, specifically I am mostly excited to learn about the specifics of web development.

5. Name one way you expect designing for screen to be different from designing for paper.

I assume that all the the scale and position shifts with images and text will have to do in in VS Code. Instead of when designing on adobe platforms you can just move assets arpound using a cursor

I think this website exemplifies effective design because it is creative, visually appealing, keeps the user engaged, while still being intuitive.

I think this website exemplifies effective communication because it clearly conveys its message, is easy to navigate, and provides valuable information to the user.

I think this website works well because it is simple, easy to use, provide clear information necessary for the user who may be looking for a specific item or ansewers to multiple questions.
